HOUSE BILL NO. 242 An Act relating to unpaid, underpaid, and                   
overpaid royalty and net profit share payments due on leases of state          
land and to the collection and payment of interest on those                    
payments was read the second time.                                             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.
